STUCK offers a method of scheduling service through third party Providers but does not, and does not intend to, provide Third Party Services or act in any way as a Third Party Service Provider, and has no responsibility or liability for any Third Party Service Provider or services failed to be provided. STUCK has no control over the quality, safety, or legality of any aspect of Providers’ services or offerings or any claims made by Providers about the services they offer. Providers are not employees or contractors of STUCK but rather of Third-Party Service Providers, and STUCK is not responsible for their actions or in actions.
